Your Mission

As the Senior Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for the full scope of the recruitment process in our Malaga studio. You will be developing and maintaining a lean recruitment process whilst supporting and building relationships with business leaders as well as the candidates. For this role, we are looking for someone with a wide degree of creativity, business understanding, project management and personal organization, as well as the positive growth mindset.

What you’ll do

  • You will be responsible for the full-cycle tech recruitment process and positive candidate experience
  • You will develop and maintain strong working relationships with various hiring managers, providing a transparent and data-oriented view on the pipeline
  • You will maintain accurate and structured documentation on the recruitment activities
  • You will work with hiring managers to create and maintain appealing and inclusive job descriptions
  • You will be the evangelist of the company, and will be shaping a positive brand reputation among the passive and active candidates 
  • You will be expected to keep up to date and share knowledge on the trends and innovative recruiting techniques
  • You will create and foster relationships with professional organizations, vendors, educational institutions, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and positive, inclusive company culture

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated experience in full lifecycle in-house IT recruitment within a fast-paced and growing industry
  • Positive, solution-oriented growth mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for and understand a broad range of positions; specifically, in the Software Development and ITO
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with hiring managers, subject matter experts, and candidates
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, supporting others and sharing your knowledge
  • Experience in sourcing techniques through multiple channels
  • Strong knowledge of searching using online social networking sites such as Linkedin, Github and beyond
  • Ability to write compelling, and inclusive job descriptions
  • Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • High degree of adaptability and flexibility to change
  • Curiosity, ability to work with various technical tools and being tech-savvy
