Your Mission

We are looking to analyze our commercial business processes and improve them in order to accommodate innovation and speed. This position will play a key role as part of the Commercial team to standardize their business processes across distributed teams, facilitate discovery and consistency, engage senior stakeholders and assist in communicating changes.

What you’ll do

  • Analyze existing Commercial business processes by mapping and evaluating “AS IS” business processes map
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, integrating new and improved business processes with existing ones by creating the “TO BE” Commercial business processes map (e.g. identify business processes which fail to add value or consume unnecessary resources)
  • Recommend process, quality, and performance measurement improvements
  • Assist with institutionalization communicating these changes to impacted teams and other stakeholders
  • Provide input, documents requirements, and supports the design and delivery of training and orientation programs as needed to support process changes
  • Collaborate with IT teams in propagating changes
  • Discover all stakeholders impacted by current Commercial business processes
  • Offer support in defining, centralizing and managing Commercial long-term initiatives
  • Advise on the used standards, methods, tools and applications

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrable relevant work experience strong analytical skills, superior problem-solving skills, process improvements and demonstrates critical thinking
  • Proven ability to anticipate requirements and proactively address new tasks to completion.
  • Demonstrates understanding of business processes, commercial/marketing systems, and related financial controls and governance in support of policy and procedure development and implementation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in interacting with Senior Leadership/Executives
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • IIBA Business Analysis Certification or any equivalent certification is desired, but combination of experience and education is considered
