Your Mission

As the Project Administrator in the Project Management Office you will facilitate key forums, produce and send regular reports, document and chase actions and help to establish templates and back practices for our project delivery methodology. You will also support the Programme and Project Managers and Business Analysts to document and deliver projects successfully.

What you’ll do

  • Liaising with Project Managers to produce a variety of project reports
  • Facilitating key client forums, including setting up and running conference calls with people in several locations
  • Co-ordinating regular boards, including arranging meetings and chasing actions ahead of the next meeting
  • Assisting Project Managers in administering their projects, for example taking minutes at meetings and assisting with preparation of project assets
  • Helping to maintain project data including documents and wiki content
  • Assisting with the management of the Project framework, templates and ensure best practice is followed for the Project Office
  • Providing administrative support to the team as needed.

What you’ll bring

  • Is experienced in an administrative role
  • Is highly organised and can work to tight deadlines
  • Has great communication skills
  • Is adaptable and can work in an environment which changes regularly
  • Has hands on experience in Microsoft Office and preferably Jira/Confluence
  • Is self-motivated and has a proactive work ethic
  • Has a professional and positive approach
  • Has strong analytical skills
  • Has appreciation of project delivery methods and concepts
  • Is fluent in English.

Ideally we are looking for an individual who has an interest in Project Management and wishes to start on the path to becoming a Project Manager.
