Any dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the UNCITRAL rules (the “Rules”) of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (“CEDR”), which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in London, United Kingdom, in English before three arbitrators. Each party may nominate one arbitrator for the approval of the CEDR, and the third arbitrator, who shall act as chairman, shall be appointed by the CEDR. If any party fails to make an arbitral nomination or is not approved by the CEDR, the CEDR shall appoint a replacement arbitrator.
